Follow a team from Upstate NY as they embark on the ultimate challenge of completing the Baja 1000 in a VW Bug. The Baja is an epic off-road race that takes place in the rugged terrain of Mexico's Baja Peninsula. From the grueling heat of the desert to the treacherous mountain passes, the Baja 1000 is a test of both man and machine. What we learned in three years of trying to complete the Baja 1000, the preparation and during mile after jarring mile of racing, applies equally to your job as a leader and manager.
